Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and Qraalys Analytics ("we", "us"), which operates tetha, a service for tracking your vehicles with GPS trackers, through the tetha app and app.tetha.net (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
1. Your account
You must be 18 or older and give a real email address. Keep your password to yourself: you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else is using it.
2. Price
tetha is free. A new account can track up to 3 vehicles; an account opened before this limit applied keeps the limit it already had. If we ever introduce paid plans or features, we will tell you in advance, and you will never be charged without first agreeing to it.
3. Trackers and vehicles
- You provide your own GPS trackers and are responsible for fitting them, or having them fitted, safely and legally.
- Only track vehicles you own or have the right to track. Where the law requires it, tell the people who drive or ride in a tracked vehicle that it is tracked.
- Only add trackers that belong to you. A tracker's IMEI number can be linked to one account at a time.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to follow or monitor a person without their knowledge where that is unlawful, to break any law, to access accounts or data that are not yours, or to interfere with, overload or copy the Service.
5. What tetha is, and isn't
tetha shows the information your trackers send. Locations can be late, missing or inaccurate, for example when a tracker has no signal or power. tetha is not an emergency, anti-theft or vehicle-recovery service, and must not be relied on for anyone's safety. In an emergency, contact the emergency services.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service running but cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, add or remove features. If we stop offering the Service, we will give you reasonable notice.
7. Your data
Your information remains yours. You allow us to store and process it only to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Liability
The Service is provided free and "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by late, missing or inaccurate tracking information. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
9. Ending
You can stop using tetha and delete your account at any time from app.tetha.net/delete-account.html. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
10. Changes to these terms
When we change these terms we give them a new version number and ask you to accept them the next time you sign in.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which Qraalys Analytics is established.
